Delavan Lakefront 4 Season Room
A Delavan lakefront home Monien Construction worked on twice: first the interior remodel, then a new four-season room on the lake.
Two projects, one house
Monien Construction's first project at this home on Delavan Lake was the inside of the house: the kitchen and the rooms around it were remodeled and finished by Nick and the crew.
When the owners were ready for more room on the lake side, they called Monien back. The four-season room was built from open framing to the finished stone fireplace, insulated and heated so it lives like the rest of the house in January.
The photographs below run from the framing to the finished rooms, the remodeled interior and the new room on the water.
